Reporting a wrong time or height

If a tide, current, sunrise or moon time looks wrong, please include:

• the location and the date you selected (the address in your browser's address bar has both),
• the value you see on sftides.com and the value you expected, and where that came from (for example NOAA's tide predictions page for the same station), and
• whether you are on a phone or a computer, and which browser.

Every location's numbers are checked against NOAA's own predictions automatically, but a report from someone on the water is the fastest way to find something that was missed.

• Articles – how tides, currents, the sun and the moon work.
